The game’s objective is for each team—Admins or Hackers—to accomplish their unique tasks. Admins aim to build a secure network and defend key cores, while Hackers work to breach these defenses and dominate the network.

The game is designed for 2 to 8 players, with teams of up to 4 people each. It’s recommended to play with an equal number of Admin and Hacker players for the best experience.

Each card and action is based on real-world cybersecurity concepts, like network defenses, types of attacks, and response strategies, making it an engaging way to explore cybersecurity basics.

Yes, the initial artwork is AI-generated, aligning with the game's tech focus. However, I plan to add unique, artist-created cards in the future to enhance the art and showcase the value of human creativity. A pot of money is set up that increases with each sale to commission the artists. This way I can also support artists in the future. But that doesn't mean that the AI-generated cards disappear. They will remain an integral part of CyberSiege.

Absolutely! With currently over 200 cards and diverse strategies, no two games will be the same, offering plenty of variety and replay value.

This depends entirely on the selected game mode. While the “Siege” mode can take up to 3 hours (depending on the number of players), a normal round with the “Warfare” game mode only takes half an hour to an hour. I am currently working on another game mode, “Strike”, which only takes 5 minutes per round. All game modes can be played with the base deck.

I'm also planning an Educational Edition specifically tailored for classroom use, with additional resources and simplified rules to enhance learning experiences.

Most of the money raised goes towards printing the card game. To start with, I have planned to print 1,000 Essential card decks. The first booster packs and playmats will also be produced.
Another part will go towards the marketing of CyberSiege. Unfortunately, marketing is a part that should not be underestimated. A project stands or falls with a good marketing strategy.
There are also legal matters to clarify, for which I need a lawyer. Of course, the lawyer also wants to receive a certain amount of the money raised.
If there are any surplus funds, I'm thinking about further booster packs, artists and gadgets. Various things in the game could also be accelerated, such as the AR application, digital play and more.
